Our Background
Creative Kids Club (formerly M.Y.S.A. Kidz) was established in 2009 as a York Region District School Board and York Catholic District School Board-Approved Service Provider of lunch-time and after-school programs.
We're a family-run business passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and have fun - bringing years of experience and care to every child we work with.

Marc, Owner
Marc is a passionate artist and children's mentor/teacher with 15+ years of experience inspiring creativity in children through art and music. With a Fine Arts background in college, Marc brings both technical skill and artistic vision to every lesson he creates and teaches.
Before founding M.Y.S.A. Kidz in 2009, Marc operated a successful children's birthday party business and ran a kids gym, where he combined fun, learning and imagination to create experiences for families. His understanding of child development and creative expression helps him connect with kids of all ages, encouraging them to explore, experiment, and express themselves.
Marc's mission is to make art accessible, exciting and confidence building - helping every child discover the joy of creativity in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
Amy, Owner
Amy is a dedicated educator and lifelong performer who brings passion, creativity and energy to every class she teaches. With over 10 years of experience dancing competitively growing up and later teaching dance to children, Amy has a deep appreciation for the way movement and music inspire confidence and self-expression in kids.
In addition to her artistic background, Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education, and has spent more than a decade teaching the Ontario curriculum to students in the classroom - from Kindergarten through grade 8. Her experience in the classroom has shaped her belief that children learn best through play, creativity and connection.
Amy combines her love of the arts with her expertise in education to create engaging, developmentally rich experiences that nurture imagination, joy and confidence in every child.
